Homemade Hot Pockets

When it comes to cooking and baking, I’m all about the easy.  Here’s a fresh take on the usual sandwiches for lunch, and it’s super easy!

These Homemade Hot Pockets can be made with whatever filling you prefer, or whatever you have on hand.  They would be the perfect way to use up leftover ham or chicken, or a (relatively) mess-free alternative to pizza, if you filled them with tomato sauce, cheese and pepperoni chunks.

You’ll need refrigerated dough (I used Pillsbury weiner wraps), chopped cheese, chopped sliced turkey, and some parmesan cheese to sprinkle on top.
